Spector Shop is engaged in the trade of fashion products and accessories through the internet website www.spectorshop.com (hereinafter, the PORTAL), through which it provides various services of information, contact, electronic commerce, promotion and holding of events and contests related to its activity.

TERMS OF USE OF THE PORTAL

This document aims to establish the general terms and conditions of use of the PORTAL, the obligation of acceptance and compliance on the part of all persons, professionals and companies that wish to make use of it. The use of the PORTAL attributes the status of user to the visitor (hereinafter the user).

  • Introducing or spreading computer viruses or other types of physical or logical systems that are susceptible to causing improper functioning of our services.

Spector Shop will monitor at all times for respect for the current legal system, and will be entitled to interrupt the service or exclude the user from the PORTAL if required to preserve the conditions of use, the Law, morality, operational power and the good functioning, image, credibility and/or prestige of Spector Shop.
The user is liable for damages of any nature that Spector Shop may suffer as a result of or as a consequence of the breach of these conditions of use and/or those imposed by Law in relation to the use of the PORTAL.

 

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Spector Shop has adopted the appropriate security levels for the data it processes and manages, incorporating all technical means and measures at its disposal to guarantee their confidentiality, prevent their misuse, loss, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft.

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter LOPD), one cannot access the personal profile on the website without accepting and expressly consenting to the processing thereof under the indicated terms, the indicated purposes, and complying with the principles set out in this document.

At Spector Shop, we base our activity on respect for the privacy of individuals through the means used to manage it. However, to access some areas of our website, send a contact message, connect with us by email, or subscribe to the newsletter, it will be necessary to know your data and it will be requested, remaining at the full will of the user to provide it or not.

  • For payment of the order by credit card, the card number, its expiration date, and the security code are required. Data security is ensured by approved Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security protocols, a system that encrypts data in such a way that if someone manages to appropriate the data during the transmission process, they will not be able to read it because the necessary key will not be available. Under no circumstances will Spector Shop ever store card data.

In case of return, you may receive information about the bank account number into which the corresponding amount will be deposited.


Spector Shop wishes to inform our Clients, Users, Collaborators, etc. that their information is fundamental to our activity and it does not participate in or admit the sale of it to third parties.
